Selected Classes Descriptions

Pablo / Noel Classes

“Weight shifting and Walking” (all levels) this class is dedicated to the study of the walk and connection between partners, how to use gravity in your wait shifting and it’s communication, giving a new quality to your walk, the essential tool for dancing. Recommended for all levels, and excellent way to start off your weekend of dancing and learning.

“Milonga Traspie” (intermediate) Pablo and Noel in this class will focus on rhythmic patterns and and combinations.

“Paradas and Pasadas” (intermediate) Pablo and Noel will help you develop your creativity and improvisation with two of the most frequent elements of the tango vocabulary (stoping and passing) from traditional to more innovative uses of this elements.

“Sacadas” (intermediate) Pablo and Noel through examples and patterns will help your technique and execution of sacadas.

“Combinations of changes of direction” (intermediate – advance) Pablo and Noel will help you understand and use changes of direction, one of the most versatile and useful elements of tango dancing.

“Vals turns” (advance) Pablo and Noel will share with you some of their favorite repetitions and turning cycles to the right and left, a must for dynamic waltz dancing.

for the most common situations. Finding the couple axis and the right embrace according
to your partner.

“Walking as fish in the water” (all levels) Working on the couple technique.

“Tango Salón I” (all levels) How to dance small and compact without losing virtuosity.
Navigating the floor with using creative sequences for the dance floor.

and opportunity to place decorations with the music.

“Giros and enrosques” (intermediate – advance) Technique for both roles. Different possibilities and intensities.

“Sequences for Variations” (intermediate)Changing the dynamism. Keeping the calm.

“`Sacadas´ in close embrance” (advance) Concept of sacada. Structure and use.
Different options to use in the dance floor. Lineal Sacadas for both roles.
